Returns Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do. But if something isn’t right, we want to know. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, just follow our simple Returns Policy to get a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. We are unable to accept returns of food items.

To return non-food items within 30 days of purchase…

For refunds: Simply indicate the reason for your return on your order confirmation, include it with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post. If you do not have your order confirmation copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

For exchanges: Indicate "exchange" on your original order confirmation, and list the item(s) you would like to receive in the space provided. Then, include it with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post. If you do not have your order confirmation copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Shipping charges for your original order are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
